Contract negotiations or administation/teaching: I worked 15 years as the staff attorney for UFCW Local 23 in Canonsburg, PA and handled over 300 arbitraton cases as an advocate for the Union. Since 1999, I have been a neutral arbitrator for the Bureau of Mediation, and am currently on several arbitrator panels for the U.S. Postal SErvice and three postal unions: The American Postal Workers Union, the Association of Letter Carriers and the National Postal Mail Handlers Union. I completed the FMCS arbitrators' training course in 1999. I also taught labor relations at LaRoche College and was an adjunct professor for law courses at the University of Phoenix (Pittsburgh campus).
